Kym, as I had indicated to you today, in my email.  Your office has had amble amount of time to remit payment to me in full for services rendered.  You were invoiced at the time of each search that has been completed by me.  The search fee and copy fees are always listed at the top of every report that I include in my completed searches.  As all of clients will tell you the same, and your company is the only company that I have a problem getting paid from.    So the statement made here on how you never received invoices is completely bogus along with the fact that you tried to send me a false bank statement from your bank falsifying the fact that I was paid, once you realized that I am not an idiot, and could tell the difference, you said that you would have your bank provide me with the cancelled check, however for some reason, your bank does not have copies of the cancelled checks.  It is blatantly clear Kym, that your company Abstractopia, does not operate in a good faith manner and you falsify documentation to avoid paying your abstractors and then move on to the next one, to complete your orders.  Again, as I stated to you today in my email.  I posted this on Source of Title, as Abstractors, like myself, are NOT in this business to work for free.  Again, I expect payment in full by your company within the next 10 days or I will be forced to take legal action.  I am not one to exploit my clients due to non-payment, as I do understand that certain errors come up with billing and so forth, however your company has had eight months, and I still have not been paid and now you are giving me the run around about paying me.  You do not practice business affairs in a professional manner, and, you are cheating hard working abstractors out of money.
