If you're so worried about your reputation,  please pay your invoices on time.  Again the search was completed in a timely manner and asking you to pay for services received.   After several attempts and emails,  we still not received your payments and it's almost an year now. 

You're not doing any favor to anyone but paying for services you received.  We've been trying to reach you several times (almost 15 to 20 emails) about your outstanding invoice,  but never received a response.
