It is true we are now charging a nominal fee of $300 plus $50 per User to access our fully keyed title plants which we call our "Geo-Index."  But, the benefits of discounted costs for copies ($1.50 per Document) and the ability to build run sheets and perform more in-depth title searching we believe is well worth the cost (IF you are a serious researcher). 

These are the same title plant licensed title agents pay thousands of dollars to access but we make them available for non-insurance searching.  Our clients still have the ability to perform a sub-search of our FREE Grantor Grantee Indexes to narrow their search parameters by legal description.
