Our Comp. did several for employees who agreed to do so for the sake of business since they were a HUGE client, once we did and all came back clear, they stopped using us, We were told they now have in house abstractors.. yet, they  still send updates? REALLY? There is no loyalty to any one in this business, this was NOT n inexpensive cost to us.
