Source of Title Forums: Re: County Competition and their NON-PROFIT STATUS

Which counties are doing this? Is it legal? Are they small, rural courthouses, or larger, suburban/urban ones? I just can't even believe this... This sounds unbelievably sketchy. Who is ordering titles from them?
