I'll take that one step further, we all know whether you're selling doughnuts or cars you pay for what you get. When these guys miss a mortgage, lien etc...how likely is it that you can get ahold of them to correct and/or sue for the damages? Furthermore, I would like to see a copy of the E & O (which we all know, with those fees they don't have any)
Price is truly priceless...isn't it?
