What you do by pay pal or bitcoin.. is bypassing the tracking system the regular US Citizens or US corporation faces in everyday transfer of funds in the banking system.. Out of State or non registered businesses in this state, use these non traditional ways to not "report" their income as you "do business in MN" and pay your taxes due to the State of Minnesota on their corporate income derived from activities originated in the State of MN. You are not a registered "dba" in MN and you do not have nexus number, and Yes this part is illegal.. in a tax crime. I am certified to hear tax complaints for the State of MN in the real estate field as a judge. Hope this helps you all. here's the link to help you understand.. why you can't understand. Again, until you file with the State of MN a DBA and the State approves you to do business here.. that application is the final determination on what taxes, if any, you owe to the State of MN for income derived from activities conducted in the State of MN.
