Source of Title Forums: Re: Background Check

Everyone please keep us posted on what happens with this background check situation. I cannot image why a for profit company needs personal background checks on every title person in the country? If there is a national or state statute that requires it - 'they' need to provide that statute. Whomever 'they' are.
