I ran 3 searches for them earlier this year.  Not much work.  They request "Current Owner" searches but they are always 20 or over.  I'm guessing they are only requesting when vesting deed is outside of what is available online or for Counties which are not online.  Always paid in 30 - 45 days.  I hope this helps.
