I've worked with them since 2015 and they are nice to work with. They do not like to pay for extraneous copies they did not ask for which I think is fair. They also look for a quick response on receipt of order with ETA which in the time of smart phones is not that hard to do. I send them a monthly invoice and get paid within the following month, usually within a couple of weeks.
