Since I'm in Louisiana, my attorney said to write a demand letter first and send certified.  I did email titledept@cfacts.com and that email did not bounce back, so maybe someone got it.  Dianne did tell me that the main client that sent work to them in Louisiana stopped sending work out of the blue and she couldn't get a response from them, but she never gave a hint as to this.  Please keep me posted on how things go on your end and I'll do the same.
