 I share your vision of a title industry that is like family.  When I started, many years ago, we were all engaged in friendly competition.  Of course we competed for clients, but we all tried to help each other out.  Whether is was faxing someone a copy they forgot to get while they were at the courthouse, or just another set of eyes to look at the index to double check your work when you found no mortgage, we treated each other well. 

That does seem to be missing these days.  It is sad.  I'm not sure why it happened, but I hope that one day it goes back to the way it was before.
