We need to stop undercutting one another. Outsourcing title work is, in the long run, a bad way to do this business.
IT either matters to them that they get good and accurate title work or it doesn't-
They certainly like the money they collect charging the consumer for the title examination.
Local courthouses could protect us if they were so inclined by only allowing companies located in county, state, or country to have access to their online services-
We paid for the infrastructure with our taxes, shouldn't we get a better deal on it than some foreign service.
