There are people who will pay more to not have their search sent off shore. Advertise that you do searches at the courthouse. The real problem is that the records are online and free which means that if any company has a title examiner, they will use them instead of you. We just do not get Florida work any more despite lowering fees several times. I have been offered 5 dollars for a current owner. We do not send work off shore.
