Good luck with them.  I have been dealing with one company that it was always the check was in the mail, we mailed it but your mail service didn't deliver it, and so on.  They even went so far as to claim the "bad search" quote after cheating me out of money and waiting almost three months to use the "Bad search" deal.  Still wouldn't prove that it was after they said they'd prove it.

If it is worth Court time, take them to Court and get what is due plus.
