This reminds me of the grocery store business model where stores no longer stock their own shelves. Suppliers stock the shelves and often pay (bribe) the store for the privelidge of having their products displayed in the best positions. I don't blame vendors for wanting to turn their portals into the equivalent of automatically stocked supermarkets but no abstractor should be fooled into believing this is anything but an additional service. It will cost the abstractor time and money that might be better spent on your core business.We offer these services as an additional line item with the understanding that additional services require additional time and may delay the report and incur additional costs.
