Hypothesis:

Say, on average you spend

(a) 45 minutes to perform search and

(b) 15 minutes to prepare the title report in a format ready to be delivered for a one-owner title search and

(c) now because of this new/additional requirement, you have to spend an additional 10 minutes for it.  Thus, altogether you now spend about 70 minutes on it.

Now, what if you find a way to cut down the time spent on the above (b) to only 5 to 7 minutes then the overall time you spend on such a job would still be about the same.  It might be doable...
