I received a certified letter indicating the same thing you have referenced. I must note, the letter was signed by Stephen D. Bloomquist, their CIO. So, the "Chief Information Officer: is simply providing us with information saying...hey, you aren't getting paid. This really seems like a stretch to me as far a the legality of the situation goes. Anyone else out their have an opinion?
