Ben at one time was speaking to me on a consistent basis, making smaller payments and explaining the trouble they were having collecting. Then, everything went "dark". No returned emails and phone calls for months. About $ 2-3 K estimating, still due.

I think Ben has no good news. The issue in my mind is they did not mediate or take legal action against the client or clients who stiffed them.

If they are still sending out work these days, when they owe so many people so much, that is unethical and criminal.
