I did an order in May and was never paid.  They lie.  They ask me to update a current owner to a full so I only quoted $75.  I had to travel 123 miles to another county to do this search.  And  they only provided me a copy of a deed and one mortgage.  By the way, that is certainly not a current owner search; there was no adverse sheet provided or prior thru date.  I really should have charged $150.00 for a full search as that is exactly what I did.  After I turned it in, they requested alot more copies.  I had to pay another searcher in this other county to make all the copies.   So glad I didn't drive to the out of town county twice.  I turned all copies in and to date have never been paid for this search.  My fee was $110.00 and should be $185.00 as they lied to me about it being an update when it was not.  I got one response from them that says:

"Sorry, your payment have been missed out by our team, Sorry for inconvenience caused, Please let me know if we can either pay by CC immediately.Will send you check by first hour tomorrow morning.

 Apparently they don't speak English very well!
