If you really have a "collection agency" that accepts promises, then you might consider getting

one that has some teeth and uses methods that gets your money, not promises.  Hope you

don't pay anything for the "promises".   Even if you don't pay them, they are wasting your time

and delaying your possible rights to sue for collection down the road.   Get mean with the dead-beats and quit taking their crap and promises.
