I have a related question.

Some title companies are using or developing some system that allow them to create a Title Commitment much quicker than using Word templates and it's easier to manage as well.  A major benefit of using a system or application vs. Word template or templates is that a well designed and easy to use system or application can streamline a title commitment creation process and thus reduce TAT (Turn Around Time) substantially. And TAT is an important factor in retaining existing clients and securing new ones.  Are these statements/assumptions correct?
