David,   As a business person from Ohio ( where you claim incorporation) shouldn't you have your firm registered in NY as a "foreign corp." before claiming to be doing business in NY?  Just ask'n.

Don't want you to be in violation of any NY law that all other "foreign corps" have to follow.
