'David', while your website says you have "headquarters" in the USA, your website clearly shows you are NOT based in the U.S.  This is not necessarily a "no go" as far as I'm concerned, but it is for many abstractors (and justifiably so -- it's impossible to collect on bad debt from India).

There is no I-Net Business Solutions listed in the New York State Division of Corporations.  There is an I-Net, but it does not have your address (which appears to be a suite in an "executive suite" building site, meaning it could be a phone in a closet that forwards to India).
