I too have done work for them for Residential and Commercial searches for many years, but before I permit a "search" on my background, I want to know why it's needed and what are they going to do with the information once they have it. What assurances do we have should they get hacked and all our confidential information gets in the wrong hands. I would hate to loose the work, but I value my privacy as much as they do theirs. And what does that have to do with quality of work anyway?
