This particular one happened in Redwood County.. I went there to talk to Joyce (county recorder) about direct competition with an abstractor we have there (I'm not naming her, because she didn't want to bring it to the county recorder).. I had no problem since this was our second abstractor in the area.. I was on to another one today in Marshall County for the same reason.  There are others, but I wanted to put this out there first to see if this is happening in other states..
