We are having the same problem.  We completed one 40 year search in Kanawha County, WV and still have not been paid.  The work was completed 2/08/2017.  The mailing address is wrong @ 1201 N. Orange Street and yes the phone number is constantly busy. We will not get paid because, it is a form of stealing, in this line of business, and some companies/abstractors continually get away with it.  Just advertise the crime and let colleagues know the situation. Don't forget to prosecute, if possible.
