Oh, I haven't been served yet. However, I also haven't been paid and have been informed that many of the orders that are drastically overdue in payment have been "cancelled." Really? Gee, we never received WORD of that. Apparently, this client believes that when they order a product, if it doesn't close, they don't have to pay the bill.
It doesn't pay to sue (as I have discovered in the past), but I will keep at this indefinitely.
