Well said both of you.. the real problem.. anything can be fixed with a court order.. I can't tell you how many corrective this and corrective that has been abstracted in to so many things.. or a court order to fix that legal or that problem.. an attorney told me once years ago, when I worked for the county, don't worry so much on registered property, an examiner can fix it thru the courts should a mistake happen... today, it's more evident than ever.
