Regardless, basic background checks required of your Clients will keep them as your Client, you will most likely agree ...?  Ask them for the "guidelines", so you know precisely what Tasks you need to complete to meet their compliance.  Surprisingly, the guidelines I have seen from a variety of Title Companies vary.
