Technology expenses....it's getting up there with company health insurance premiums and payroll expenses.  It's crazy man. 

Being a long term, local title company with our own plant, industry experts on staff, long term customers and excellent customer service is what keeps us profitable while maintaining our not-so- cheap pricing model.  A race to the pricing bottom rarely works out in the long run.
