Dont see that happening, our fees arent driven by our costs, our fees are driven by the cost our customers pay for an alternative service real abstractors provide. We become more expendable each time a county extends its online record search through dates, and each time title insurers downgrade their search requirements.  We are not competing with traditional metrics, we are competing with degradation of standards and willingness of the majors to amortize loss risk in consideration of reduced search cost
