National Land Research Solutions, Inc. started working with us in January. They ran up several thousand in fees and then stopped using us in March. We have been patiently trying to collect the majority from them since then, with calls and emails.
May 30th, 2017: I spoke to Jeff in the Vendor Dep. He gave me this number: 888-870-6577 as the accounting department, said I should call Robert Eisner, the owner. I spoke to Mr. Eisner that day, and he assured me that Charlie Ellis in his company would handle this, and that she was very reliable. So I wrote an email that day to Charlie.
June 6th, No reply from Charlie. I called her and she told me that they are having difficulty with the bookkeeping done by a prior bookkeeper, and that she was in the process of getting it all sorted out. She said she would call/email me on Friday June 9th with a check mail-by date and amount.
June 13th, Since Charlie didn’t contact me on June 9th as she promised, I called her again. She said she was still working on the books, and that she would call me on June 14th and let me know the check mail-by date and amount.
June 15th, No contact from Charlie on June 14th, so I call again. She said she would call/email me within 46 min. with a check mail-by date and amount.
June 16th, No contact from Charlie again yesterday—the 3rd time—so I called to speak to the owner, Robert Eisner. I was transferred to Charlie who said an emergency came up the prior day explaining why she couldn’t get back to me, but that she had spoken to Mr. Eisner on the 15th after we got off the phone, and that he had approved a partial payment (about half what they owe), and that she would give the check mail-by date and amount on Monday June 19th.
June 19th, No update from Charlie.
June 20th, I emailed that this was the 4th time she had not gotten back to me when she said she would, and she emailed to say on the 23rd she would provide me with a check mail date. Another person from their company (Prasean Sharma) emailed and said he called me, but there was no missed-call shown on my call log, and no voicemail. I asked him to put in writing in an email what he was calling about. He did not reply.
I will update this post when/if we are paid any amount. Until then, I will let the above detail of what we are going through to get paid speak for itself.
