They called me this morning. I was haven't a difficult time understanding through the thick accent so I asked where he was calling from. The line went dead.

 This afternoon I received an email request for a quote from them. I answered, "For security reasons and the possible violation of State and Federal law we do not provide information about US citizens to foreign companies or individuals".
