Ben here.  I just started this SOT account so I could reply to you.

First, please know that I am very sorry for ever giving misleading information to anyone. I never, ever did that on purpose. I always checked with the owners of GDS and passed along what they told me.

Even as a manager at GDS, I have always been just an employee, not an owner. The owners can do whatever they want with the company and I have no choice but to go along with it or look for a new job. I am not happy with the decisions they have made so I am looking for a new job.

As an employee I am bound by a contract and subject to legal action if I violate it.  This limits what I can say and who I can say it to. Even now I have to be very careful.

Many decisions were made at GDS that did not involve me, and I was not told until after they were made. Real decisions were made above my head by the owners.

I have struggled for years to build up this company and fix the problems, and now the rug has been pulled out from under my feet. Again, I am very sorry for misleading anyone. I did not know that I was passing along bad information until it was too late.
