Coincidentally, my friend and fellow vendor manager in northern Michigan asked me about this company (knowing I start digging when someone new shows up).  I have searched the Illinois Secretary of State database and find no such company listed.  Since they are saying "Inc." (according to what my friend sent), there really should be some sign of them somewhere.  Illinois seems a bit chaotic in their government department (gee, what a shock....) so it could be that I'm just not searching it correctly.

Still, I'm suspicious.

I also took a look at the address in googlemaps and it IS a multi-story office building (as opposed to a mailboxes etc. in a strip mall), but it could just be a suite they're renting.

I also did a search on the phone number and found a comment posted 2 days ago that says "unsolicited call, heavy accent"

I'd ask them WHERE they're incorporated, how long they've been incorporated, and just come right out and ask if they're in India.

Sorry I couldn't give more solid info here.  Bottom line in my rarely humble opinion, be very wary.
