Is it just me here in Florida that's being crushed by outsourcing? I was asked to compete with a $8 current owner product...who can keep up with that? I mean our prices have dropped nearly in half since the crash of 08 and never really recovered. I call all of our clients and I hear the same thing almost everyday, "we outsource Florida". I realize that a lot of Florida is online, but not all and you really have to know where to go and or have the connections that we have being in the biz for over 16 years. We've adapted and adapted, but I don't know what to do with this new "penny search". It seems like we're only getting the searches that are 5 owners deep, family to family or multiple probate and they still want a low fee and 24 hour turn times. Ok, so I got this off my chest.
