You are correct; however, I would have to hire someone to monitor all the new inquires, full time, as well as to handle the ETA's. A Civil Action Suit  was discussed with my collection agency, They are on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. 

Have you every tried to report a collection situation to a Better Business Bureau?  I have!  It took two days just to get the correct web sight for contact information and another two days to clarify my complain with a warm body.  After being told by the contact person, their agency does not handle these types of complain, I was ready to scream!  After several additional contacts, they agreed to let us submit a formal complaint. The response from "Vantage Land Title in Vandalia, OH 45377" to the Better Business Bureau was that I had been paid.  Of course, I responded that this was a lie. In this case, Vantage Land Title owed us $3,000 last year.  There has never been any addition coorespondence since. My collection agency could not collect this money as well. The third situation, last year, got collected by me. My collection agency would not pursue the matter, because the amount owed (1000.00) was too low.  I did pursue a Judgement and got my money.
