Source of Title Forums: TOM PIKE WILL HARASS IF YOU DONT PAY HIM FOR BAD TITLE WORK

Tom Pike, who doesn't do good title work or provide E & O will harass and post things about you here like an 8th grader if you don't relent and pay him for his work even though it is so bad you have to go and redo it all. It's a form of extortion and he's good at it. BEWARE!
