First, please stop attacking me personally. You don't know me at all. You know some things about the company that I used to work for. I agree with you that the owners of GDS did not conduct the conpany's business honestly and I have never argued otherwise.

What you describe with my 1099 situation is in fact exactly what happened. I was moved to a 1099 status AND had my gross pay cut. I had to pay my taxes, SS, etc out of that, and YES, my income went way down. (I have since learned that it may not have been legal for them to do that.)

George, I fully understand that you are angry at the owners of GDS, and I fully understand why. I ask you to please remember that I was never an owner of GDS. I was always an employee. The owners made many decisions behind my back and often deceived me about their decisions. Please notice that they have NEVER entered a public forum like this to engage with you. I doubt you've ever managed to get Doug on the phone.

I'm unhappy that you assume I am as dishonest as the owners of GDS and I would like a chance to clear things up.
