I want to take this opportunity to respond to some of the posts in this thread about Blue Streak Docs.  The first thing I want to say is that we completely value our relationships with our independent abstractors all over the country.  We couldn’t exist without you all, so thank you for the great work that you do.  Yes, it is true that we are very careful as to what we pay regarding copy fees.  It is all in an effort to abide by our clients’ requests and believe me, they are very strict with us on this matter in nearly all cases.  We are currently reviewing our request details so that they are clearer and hopefully help us avoid future copy discrepancy problems.  We do NOT want to take advantage of anyone by purposely shorting a few dollars for copies.  We want to and will pay as fairly as possible based on what was requested.  It’s not worth a few bucks to jeopardize our working relationships (and friendships) that we have built over the years.   So, if there are any unresolved problems on this matter with Blue Streak Docs, please contact me directly with order # and let’s clear these up.
