Not a lawyer, but just wondering if the abstractor does "work" for those in India via the email or two, and there is a dispute on payment/non-payment issue, could the company avoid payment by claiming the contract was with the Indian division, and the case must be heard in Indian courts?

How's about it Robert or other attorneys?
