Cut this guy Ray off at just under 400.00 when he did not pay.  He sent a check, however he forgot to sign it.  I sent the check back and still have not received payment.  He last contacted me on 8/8/17 trying to order copies.  I informed him again that we had not received payment and would not be able to continue to work with him until payment was made.  What was frustrating about working with him is he would send a copy order over and then immediately call me numerous times to check on the status.  He sure needed his work done quickly but he doesn't want to pay people what he owes them.
