Thank you Robert.  I think many on here we under the misconception that unpaid bills to them

could be treated that way for tax purposes.   Unless I'm incorrect, the only deductions that could be used to lower the businesses net profit would be the funds for copies, etc. actually paid out in doing the unpaid searches, and those amounts only in the year they were expended by the business.

 Is that correct as you view it?
