We are getting the same answer from them!  We did a lot of work for them and were paid initially but it was only a small amount.  Now, they owe us thousands!  I was initially dealing with Jef Barnes who then stopped emailing me.  I spoke with Robert Eisner on several occasions and was told payment was being mailed.  And then spoke with Charlie who "promised" to call me back.  And of course, I haven't heard a word.  Then has been going on for months. 

My advice is to stay away from these people!
