First American is the worst. 

The people in Cleveland have no clue and  most  likely  never did  title  let alone set  foot in a courthouse.

I would  get an assignment late on  a Friday  afternoon and they  would  start the clock. Then they would call  Monday morning before  courthouse  hours asking  where  the order  was.  It seems  they  are not able to understand that when a courthouse  is closed  you can't get in.

What I loved the most is that  five or six people would  call about the same search, and have  no clue anyone else had called.  Does  First American have a  system.  It seemed  like a great big cluster  F..  to me. 

Also,  how  can you review  title when your  understanding  of English  is so low? 

First  American   is the King of low ballers.

How  they have been able to   stay in  business is beyond  me.

If First American calls.. hang up  and  run away.
