Julia,   I applaud your effort and concern,  BUT I'll bet as long as the "cheap, often incomplete

searches"  get send back from overseas,  5 maybe 10 years from now I'll see the same postings

here on SOT.   Too many independent, hungry for work abstractors here in U.S., and those

5 dollar per day "foreign abstractors" to do the work for very cheap fees.
