Who knows.... maybe ... but "times are a changin'  " I miss the years of working (but very little volume) with Donna @ SLT..... and these work orders were "odd" commercial assignments that were suddenly cancelled and then payment not honored so I supect it was not a regular client of SLT.  In my counties SLT doesn't appear to do much work in VT so we folks up here are a small blip on their radar.
