They have been a great company for years BUT recently something or someone has changed ... last 3 orders were cancelled  AFTER my work was completed on time and they refused to pay for even copies that were requested. i am sorry to say our long term business relationship has ended. Maybe I forgive once or twice BUT 3 times ...good bye .... I miss the good ole days ... I have been a real estate paralegal for 25 + yrs here in Vermont and more bad companies are appearing and some of the good trustworthy ones have gone bad so be aware
