We are also having trouble getting paid by Knowledge Splice. They ignored 36 invoices, then insisted that I move them all to 1 invoice......which I did only to be told that we missed this pay cycle and it will have to go in the next pay cycle! The whole time wanting me to do another search! What's really upsetting is their work is extremely copy heavy which means a significant portion of the $4,700 they owe us is money out of our pocket for copies! Their attitude the whole time is how dare we expect to get paid in a timely manner!
